About the tourism region

EXIT RĪGA is a tourism region brand that brings together the municipalities around Riga, offering a wide range of tourism and leisure options within just 50 kilometres of the capital.

The EXIT RĪGA tourism brand was created within the project “Around Riga - a unified tourism offer”, carried out by 6 partnerships and initially 14 municipalities - now 7 (after the administrative territorial reform of 01.07.2021) - with the aim of jointly inviting local and foreign travellers to visit the tourist sites near the capital.

Since the project ended, the EXIT RĪGA tourism region has been coordinated and developed by the association “Pierīgas tūrisma asociācija” (Riga Region Tourism Association).
